2024年6月4日，廣州實驗室董驥團隊、尚從平團隊、北京師范大學(xué)王曉群團隊和廣東省科學(xué)院動物研究所張禮標(biāo)團隊合作在《Nature Genetics》在線發(fā)表題為“Complexin-1 enhances ultrasound neurotransmission in the mammalian auditory pathway”研究論文。同期發(fā)表題為“Ultrasound perception mechanisms revealed by comparisons of microbats and megabats”的研究簡報（Research briefing）。該研究通過構(gòu)建蝙蝠的高質(zhì)量參考基因組和聽覺皮層的單細胞圖譜，對小蝙蝠和大蝙蝠進行跨物種比較，從而鑒定與超聲感知相關(guān)的細胞類群和標(biāo)志基因，并通過結(jié)合小鼠模型的功能和行為實驗來揭示超聲感知的分子機制。
